KYN28A-12 indoor AC high-voltage metal removable switchgear is complete indoor power distribution device for three-phase AC 50Hz, rated voltage 12kV, rated current up to 4000A. Suitable for power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises to receive and distribute electric energy. It can control, protect and monitor circuit, applicable for frequent-operation occasions.

Product Features

1. Equipped with safe and reliable "five-prevention" interlocking device:

- Prevent false opening and closing of circuit breaker

- Prevent pushing and pulling circuit breaker handcart with load

- Prevent closing circuit breaker when grounding switch is closed

- Prevent false closing of grounding switch under live condition

- Prevent mistakenly entering live compartment

2. Optional ZN63A(VS1), VD4, ZN21, 3AH, VEP vacuum circuit breaker, VC7 vacuum contactor-switch & disconnector.

3. Divided into circuit-breaker handcart, voltage-transformer handcart, metering handcart, isolation handcart etc. Same-purpose handcarts enjoy good interchangeability.

4. Circuit-breaker room & cable room can install heaters for anti-condensation and anti-corrosion.

5. Enclosure protection grade IP41X; protection grade between compartments IP2X when circuit-breaker-room door opens.

Structure Features

Adopt all-metal modular assembly structure. Cabinet body made of imported aluminum-coated zinc plate with outstanding corrosion resistance, no surface treatment required. Processed by high-precision equipment, multi-fold flanging technology; connected by rivet nuts and high-strength bolts, high-precision, light-weight and high mechanical strength.Compatible with QCE1, VD4, ZN65 and other vacuum circuit breakers, strong adaptability and interchangeability.Handcart is fitted with working/test position lock-out, positioning & display device for each station, safe and reliable.Cable room supports up to 9 single-core cables. Reliable mechanical & electrical interlocking fully meets "five-prevention" requirements. Each chamber is equipped with pressure-relief channel to guarantee operator safety.
