Product Structure Features

The box transformer is divided into three parts: high-voltage chamber, low-voltage chamber and transformer. The Chinese-style box transformer is mainly applied to the step-up box transformer of new energy power generation. The difference between the structure and the traditional box transformer is that the transformer part is located outside the box transformer shell, effectively solving the problem of heat dissipation of the transformer, rapidly taking away the heat generated by the transformer body through the natural climate, and the transformer is closely connected with the box transformer shell through the way of side outgoing line. The box transformer is divided into high-voltage chamber and low-voltage chamber through the partition in the box transformer shell, which is an ideal product for new energy power generation.

Product Electrical Characteristics

The technical scheme of vacuum circuit breaker or load switch+fuse (combined electrical appliance) can be adopted at the high-voltage side of Chinese-style box transformer. The electrical characteristic of the combined electrical structure is that when any phase fuse is blown, the load switch will trip and cut off the power supply, and the main switch can be closed only after the fuse is replaced.The vacuum circuit breaker or load switch + fuse (combined electrical appliance) used at the high-voltage side shall be equipped with mechanical interlocking to prevent misoperation. The vacuum circuit breaker or load switch+fuse (combined electrical appliance) shall be equipped with signal transmission signal to facilitate real-time monitoring of its operation status and remote control function in the background.

Protection Grade

Since the operating environment of this product is relatively poor, and the requirements for wind and sand prevention, heat insulation and heat dissipation are high, the protection level must meet the operating requirements, effectively protect the internal components of the box transformer, and extend the service life of the components.The protection grade of the transformer body is IP68, and the protection grade of the box transformer housing is not less than IP54.
