The special box-type substation for new energy power generation is a high-voltage/low-voltage prefabricated substation that integrates high-voltage switchgear, transformer body and protective fuse in the oil tank, and low-voltage switchgear and corresponding auxiliary equipment.It is a special step-up equipment for outputting electric energy upwards through 10kV or 35kV lines after the voltage of the new energy grid-connected inverter (or alternator) rises to 10kV or 35kV through the step-up transformer in the future. It is an ideal supporting equipment for the new energy power generation system.

1. The transformer substation has compact structure, small floor area, external radiator, and better heat dissipation effect.

2. The substation adopts a series of new transformer technologies with reasonable structure, safety and reliability.

3. As the insulating medium of high-voltage components at 10kV or 35kV side, transformer oil greatly reduces the safety distance.

4. The oil tank adopts a fully enclosed structure, which completely isolates oil and atmosphere, greatly reduces the oxidation process and the involvement of water and gas, and improves the stability, reliability and safety of the system equipment. At the same time, the use of a fin radiator makes it easy to disassemble and maintain.

5. The box body is treated by special shot peening process, which has good anti-corrosion and anti-exposure ability, and can effectively resist the erosion of wind and sand.

6. The low-voltage side adopts the latest domestic intelligent circuit breaker and molded case air switch, with high breaking capacity and good protection performance.

7. The transformer oil tank can be equipped with a pressure gauge and thermometer with a communication interface, and the load switch can be equipped with a travel switch to realize remote monitoring of the transformer control, operation and maintenance.8. The box is fully sealed, with the protection grade of IP54 for the high and low voltage room and IP68 for the transformer body.

2. Altitude: ≤1000m (according to height prototype design when ＞1000m)

3. Outdoor wind speed: ≤35m/s

4. Relative humidity: daily average not more than 95%, monthly average not more than 90%

5. Pollution grade: Class II and III

6. Seismic intensity: no more than 8 degrees

7. Installation site: no fire, explosion hazard, serious pollution, chemical corrosion, severe vibration
