Product Overview

MNS low-voltage switchgear (hereinafter referred to as equipment) is a product designed and developed on the basis of imported switchgear. It is applicable to systems with AC 50(60) Hz rated working voltage of 660V and below, and is used for control of power generation, transmission, distribution, power conversion and power consumption equipment. It conforms to the national standard GB7251.1 Low-voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment, JB/T9661 Low-voltage Draw-out Switchgear and IEC439. This device can form cabinet frame structure and drawer unit of different schemes. It adopts high-strength flame-retardant engineering plastic components, effectively strengthening the protection and safety performance. The drawer unit has the characteristics of small size, strong function, high interchangeability, convenient replacement and maintenance, and reliable contact.

Structural features

The basic cabinet frame of the device is a C-shaped composite structure, and all structural parts of the cabinet frame are made of galvanized or aluminum-coated zinc plate. The basic frame is fastened and connected to each other by self-tapping locking screws, Grade 8.8 hexagon screws, and then added with corresponding doors, sealing plates, partitions, mounting brackets, bus bars, functional units and other components to form a complete device. The dimensions of components and compartments in the device are modular (modular unit E=25mm). The cabinet protection grade is IP3X-IP4X.

Drawer type

There are five standard dimensions, all based on the height of 8E (200mm), which are 8E/4, 8E/2, 8E, 16E and 24E.- 8E/4: Assemble 4 drawer units in 8E (200mm) height space- 8E/2: Assemble 1 drawer unit in the space of 16E (400mm) height- 8E: Assemble 1 drawer unit in the space of 8E (200mm) height- 16E: Assemble 1 drawer unit in the space of 16E (400mm) height- 24E: Assemble 1 drawer unit in 24E (600mm) height spaceThe rated current of unit circuit is below 400A. The structures of 8E/4 and 8E/2 drawers are made of flame retardant plastic and aluminum alloy profiles. The five drawer units can be assembled in a single cabinet or mixed. The total height of the functional unit compartment is 72E (1800mm).
